Splash Club 7 is a producer of soaking-wet digital-tropedelic EBM from the unlikely depths of New Zealand’s DEEP south. NZ may be a Pacific Island but its Southern Island is no tropical-escape, known more for it’s creeping cold. KEEP SPLASHIN’ is an exercise in virtual-escapism. A digital retreat to a 3D rendered alternative-reality where the club is no-clipping with hyper masculine avatars busting it’s low-poly count architecture, as jpeg-dithered waves data-mulch in and out over silicon sands. 


The post-physical dance floor is where KEEP SPLASHIN’ is realized, rezzed and rendered. It’s hard-leaning synths bound and bounce as if rag-dolling on glitched ocean-mapped surfaces, synthetic percussion spins like impossibly steady cameras doing fly overs of our personal holiday-construct. Buffered here is a second-life zone where gaming-headset vocal samples are reduced to brief stabs, conscientious about going over your data cap. Splash Club 7 is the uncanny soundtrack to a chat room as dance party.
